My best friend of 18 years died on one of the flights. Please direct all customer service issues to customer service, as I will not be able to respond.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. About 8 years ago, I lost my best friend to heart surgery. I miss him as I know that you miss your friend. May God Bless You.
