I have tried all day to log on to PayPal. I tried at 6:45 am EST (low traffic time ?) and several times late this afternoon.After I type my password in, the page will start to transfer and then it stops at 25%. I am using the correct password, I have cleared my cache and logged back in and still cannot get connected. Is anyone else having a problem ? Thanks ! Debi

Hi Debi...

I'm having the same problem. I've been trying since yesterday to pay for several auctions I won, and also two of my Ebay customers have emailed me that they can't access PayPal to pay me.

I get the same results you do. It loads to 25 percent and then I get a "can't find server message."
