Anyone using PayPal, abiding by their auction listing rules, and taking advantage of the cash back on their debit card noticed a drop in sales by not offering Billpoint on their auctions?

Hi,

Just as an FYI, you can still mention Billpoint in your EOA notices. The program applies to the actual auction listing only.

i cannot tell the difference,i have only 1 request for billpoint.
but then sales is VERY SLOW THESE DAYS.
even junk mails have slowed down.
