Back in August I received the Mr. John Doe has sent you $42.99. Our accountant can't find this money on our Pay Pal account and it doesn't show up in our bank records. Could I have fallen for a fake email?

Hi,

It could be possible that the user entered an email address incorrectly and that is why it is not in your account. I can check the transaction if you have the email address.
