PP what happened. Our history doesn't show activity, despite the email we recieved and processed. How can we accurately check our history? Also, does PP have a toll free?

Hi,

Please try this and let me know the outcome.

You should be able to do the SELECT ALL function.

Please use the menu to search your transaction log by a specific function ( payments received, payments sent, ect).

Also, view your transaction log in small chunk. Select a date range of one or two week increments.

If you have a large transaction history, you may need to view the log in a daily increment.

The customer states that the amount sent is unclaimed. I tried the option of Payement received. No luck. I'm miffed as I did get an email from PP that the customer sent payment yet it doesn't show in the history. I'll check again.
