PP what happened. Our history doesn't show activity, despite the email we recieved and processed. How can we accurately check our history? Also, does PP have a toll free?

The customer states that the amount sent is unclaimed. I tried the option of Payement received. No luck. I'm miffed as I did get an email from PP that the customer sent payment yet it doesn't show in the history. I'll check again.
Please shoot the transaction to me at [email protected]. I will take a look at it (I am out of the office until the morning, but I will take a look at it.)
