I want my storefront address to have my ebay id-not my auctionwatch id in the address - How can I change this? The customer does not know who or what an artdoggy is. The customer knows me by me EbaY iD. tHANKS

Hi Artdoggy,
The only way to do this would be to open a new AuctionWatch account with your eBay name as your AuctionWatch name. There is not a way to change your account name or the name of your storefront.

I to would like to open a storefront and keep my ID that all know from Ebay. Tried to open a second account as suggested by you and can't use the same info cause it is already in use. Do I cancel my existing account and lose all that stored info??? I would like to tie the 2 accounts together? How?

Hi Curiousantiques,
If you want your eBay and your AW ID to match, then you will have to open a second account which I see you've already done and transfer your information to the second account. You do not necessarily need to close the first one, but you cannot use your same eBay ID in two different accounts.
