I just recently had someone purchase an item and then decide they didnt want it and cancelled the order. Which is no problem.


Was wondering if there is a way to get my I guess you would call it final value fee back or any fees back from the sale considering it fell through?

Hi Ryan,

Right now there are no fees associated with Storefronts. If you do get charged for something that is a "non paying bidder/seller" you can request a refund through the following URL:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Are there plans to implement a fee for storefronts? (yes I know stupid ? have to ask though).

Hi Ryan,

There are plans for a fee structure in the future, however I do not have an ETA as to when this will be.
