I've had auctions running now for 3 days that still don't have a Gallery icon for people to click thru to my storefront. I mention it in all my auctions so I'd like to have it there.
Also I sell large quantites of the same items and I was wondering if my customers will ever be able to buy more than 1 of a item (multiples of the same item) thru the storefront.

Hi Bobbie,
I checked some of your auctions and the gallery icon is there -- it is located at the bottom of your listings. Regarding selling large quantities of items, if you would like to give the option for someone to buy 2 at a time or 3 at a time, the easiest thing for you to do would be to create a new listing for your storefront advertising quantities.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
I just went to eBay and looked at ALL 21 of my auctions and the only icon I see says Paypal!
Is there some default option I need to be checking to get the Gallery icon or should it be there with each auction launch automatically?

I must be going blind because I don't see a gallery icon I see this :

Why does it come thru on your computer and not mine? Should'nt it be there as soon as the auction is launched? They end tomarrow!
This is the first problem I've ever had launching thru Auctionwatch and it's not a major problem just frustrating. I just want to figure out how to fix it.

I know it should be there and I know where it would be. BUT...it's not! Only the message that I mentioned earlier.
I would like a way to fix it. Hopefully before the Christmas rush. I have not sold a single item thru my storefront even tho my auctions are doing great.
I'd like a solution. Not shoulda woulda's.

Hi Bobbie,
The icon is there, I just went through all of your listings again to be sure. It is within the template, towards the bottom, in the Additional Information section. That section is underneath the Payment section.
