Hi. I have a question about the srorefront. I noticed on the AM Pro listing that there is a box for the storefront price and an auction price. Are they not one and the same? Also, can you list just to the store and not an auction, or do they work together? Thanks for your response. Mike

Hi Mike,
You can list to the storefront and list an auction through AMPro. If you were to fill out the storefront price and the auction price, you would be listing the item in your storefront and at auction -- which I would not recommend you do unless you have two of that item. If you want to list to just your storefront, when you click the New Listing button, select Storefront from the list. If you want to list your item just as an auction, then select the auction venue but don't fill out the storefront price. I hope this makes sense, let me know if you need further clarification.

Thanks, Sonya, it does make sense. One other thought. About the link to my store. Can it be a link, or just the address? I am a little fuzzy about ebays guidelines. If it is a link a buyer can go right to my store and if it just the address they would have to copy and paste the address to get there, right? <BR>If I list in my store, how long will it stay? Hi Mike,
I believe the rule is that if you are going to have the address written out in your listing, you cannot have it be linked to -- only typed out so people will have to copy and paste it into the browser window. Our storefront banner is ok because it complies with eBay's 2-click rule (which will display only eBay listings first, then a link to the rest). I would recommend checking out eBay's Terms of Service as well.
If you list a Buy Now item it will remain there until you choose to take it off, or until it sells. If it is an auction, it will remain there for the duration of the auction.
