Because of a series of mistakes on my part, my new storefront is a mess. When I realized that the items were doubled, I tried to remove the extra items from inventory by changing the number from 1 to 0 but instead of removing the item from my store, it doubled.
I've also deleted the items from inventory but that didn't help either. Any ideas on how I can remove these extra items that I don't have???

Hi Auntpink,
I checked out your storefront and don't see any duplicated items. If this happens again, changing quantities to zero and waiting a little bit for your storefront to update should clear up the problem.

Hi - I'm still showing several duplicates:
HUGE 1940s Aqua Bracelet Pin Necklace jc NR , one at auction and the other in the storefront
Art Deco Blue Enamel STERLING Pin jc NR, one at auction and the other in storefront
Large Drippy PINK Glass Vintage PIN jc NR, one at auction and the other in storefront
Emerald Green Glass Sterling 1940s Pin jc NR, one at auction and the other in storefront.
The rest are ok. How would I know which is the one at auction and which is the one in the storefront?? If I should eliminate the one at auction, would that end my auction?? Dont want to do that LOL

Hi Auntpink,
The ones that have the Buy Now are the storefront items. The other ones are the ones at auction. You can tell by clicking on the title. You cannot remove an auction from your storefront but you can remove the Buy Now items. To do that you will need to go to your inventory and decrease the Quantity in the Storefront Information tab to zero. If you still cannot get this changed let me know, and I'll change it for you.

Hi Sonya! I've tried again to clean up my storefront but I still have duplicates. I would certainly appreciate changing them for me.
When I created several auctions in AMP, I clicked on the "put in storefront" too. Is that what made the duplicates?

Hi Auntpink,
Yes, that's what caused the duplicates. Checking off that option means that you have two of that item -- one to place in auction and another to go in your storefront. You don't have to worry about placing your auctions in your storefront because as long as they are created through Auction Manager or Auction Manager Pro, they will automatically appear in your storefront.
