Hi:

I'm a Square Trade member and I selected the "Include Square Trade Seal" option in my storefront preferences. I saved the changes and waited a while, but the seal isn't showing up.

Am I doing something wrong or overlooking a step?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi Bdunique,

I checked your account and you do not have your SquareTrade seal stored. Go to your My Account tab to Auction Site Accounts and store your SquareTrade ID -- it should then appear in your storefront.

That did it! I missed that one because I did not think of Square Trade as a venue, so it didn't occur to me to look there.
