Hi ... i want to start utilizing my Storefront (instead of ONLY auctioning at ebay, which is what i've done for years) ...

1.) Presently, when i type up an ebay listing, the item shows up in my Storefront nicely; but, when auction is over, with no bid, the item just falls out of my Storefront. .... HOW do i set up an item, to 1st try vending it at ebay, then if no bid, i want it to remain in the Storefront for X$ amount .....

2.) If I buy a domain name and set up the url for it to go to my AW Storefront, how can i make it easiest for John Q. Public to shop thru my storefront on the items that i offer there [which are not tied up at ebay] ... [and how can i import closed and/or pending items into my storefront?]

3.) Is there a 'shopping cart' feature in this storefront if people order more than one item?

4.) Can i place our Paypal direct link into the potential customers' 'shopping cart'/or/their-order-of-1-item? to make a smooth seamless online buying experience for them? ... [also, how are we notified that an item just got ordered] [and does that item get pulled out of the inventory as soon as it is purchased or 'spoken for'?]

Please help me utilize the AW Storefront for US to how it would benefit us most as our main 'webpage' ... we sell antiques, most items are different/unique unto themselves, but some are e.g. 12 pink depr. glass platters which i would want to offer for sale 'separately' ....

Sorry to ask this many questions, but we are ready to take on this next step of our internet selling ... i do *like* the looks of the Storefront set up as far as the categories on the left side column, and the great thumbnail jpg next to every item ...

Can you help me put this all together nicely? ....

P.S. Also, please have an AW account expert look at our past and present activity and help me figure out if I am on the most cost-efficient plan for our situation. It is very hard for me to figure out. lol ...

Hi Estatesalestuff,
1. What you can do is when you are creating the listing, check the option that allows you to save your item to inventory. Then when the auction ends and drops out of your storefront, if you want to place it as a Buy Now item in your storefront, go to the item in your inventory and fill out the Storefront Information tab.
2. For the items not on eBay, if you want to offer them for sale the best thing to do is make them available as Buy Now items. Unfortunately you cannot import closed or pending items to your storefront.
3. Unfortunately a shopping cart is not yet available for the storefront.
4. When you are creating your storefront there is an option to add PayPal as a payment choice for your customers. When someone purchases an item you will be sent an email -- it will also go into your Closed section in your Auction Manager control panel so you can manage the post sale.
