I personally thought you did a *great* job; 1) notifying us well in advance to be prepared for an 'off' day [for us] and ... 2) when the photo's were "down", you had a very cordial message explaining it in the spot where the picture should be on the auctions ... ... ... marcia ......... .......... ... were there any differences implemented during that 'down time' that we can know about?
