Good afternoon (Central Time). I'm trying to understand the process a buyer goes through to complete a transactions. Here are my questions:
- Does the buyer complete the e-commerce process, from any auction site, at my Storefront (on Auctionwatch's domain)?
- How does the auction site get paid/notified when a buyer completes the purchase run through my Storefront (or where ever the purchase takes place)?
- What merchant services does AuctionWatch provide?
- So if the purchase is completed at the AuctionWatch Storefront e-commerce engine, they do update my inventory on the originating auction site?

Hi Shoes711,
If you are referring to a storefront buy now purchase then yes, the purchase is completed on your storefront. You will be sent an email informing you that a storefront buy now purchase has been made.
Are you referring to storefront buy now items in your other inquiries or to actual auctions?

I believe you answered my questions. So:
- eBay Stores are not supported.
- My listing go in the general auction of eBay.
--- I could also list the item in my AW Storefront.
- When somebody wins, either on eBay general auction or AW Storefront, I can direct them to the AW e-commerce process via the AW Storefront.
- Once the transaction is complete, the item (or quantity amount) is removed from the eBay general auction listing as well as my AW Storefront.
Is this correct?

Hi Shoes711,
When listing auctions you have your choice of eBay, Yahoo or Amazon. When someone wins and they complete the post sale process, when they get to the invoice, it will be presented within your storefront. So if you have other items within your storefront, the winner can see this, and may be prompted to buy more of your items.
Keep in mind that listing an auction automatically places the auction in your storefront -- you do not have to check anything extra to get it there. When someone wins your auction, the auction will disappear from your storefront.
