Can I launch directly from storefront.. Also is there any way to use SMBE to launch to storefront?

Hello,

You can launch directly TO your storefront, via either the create listing link in the Auction Manager, or from the inventory page online by creating a new item.

Unfortunately, the current version of SMBE is not setup to list to the AuctionWatch storefronts, however it is something that we hope to add to a future version.
