I had a storefront purchase in which the Buyer backed out of the sale as she was "confused". The transaction was never completed. How do I get a AW credit for the transaction/sale that never completed?
Also, AW takes a FVF on ebay winning bids. Again, I have had a few transaction that never got completed or was refunded at Buyer's request. Is there a way to get the FVF fees credited for those transaction that do not get completed or were issued a refund?

In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.
