HELP!!
I am having a heck of a time. How can I take an item that has gone unsold on Ebay, and switch it over to sell on my storefront? Each time I fill out the bottom part of the relist form when the auction ends, I put how many items I have on the general information part, and the same number of items that I want to be sold in the storefront, and it keeps listing it on Ebay and not on the storefront. I have lost money having to go then and cancel the listing on Ebay that has just started, and try to get it on the storefront. What am I doing wrong? I was saving all of the information to my inventory and then listing from there, but I don't want to save the items I have only one left of in inventory. I just want an efficient way to take my listing from totally off Ebay to totally on storefront. HELP PLEASE!!

Hi Imaxstitcher,
Here is the easiest way for you to get your item from eBay to your storefront. Select the item in closed and hit the relist button. From the Relaunch Page, click on Edit and check off the option on the edit page that saves your item to your inventory. Then scroll down to the bottom and save your change. You can then abandon the relist process as you no longer need it, since you've got the item in your inventory now. Next, go to your inventory and select the item you just saved there and hit Edit. Fill out the Storefront Information tab, increase the inventory quantity if necesary. To get it in your Storefront as a fixed price item, be sure to give the item a price and increase the quantity available in the storefront information tab to at least one.
