I must leave today. I don't have time to make complicated corrections on things I think are not my mistake. I posted a letter to you but won't be here to get a reply in a day or two. Can you please just put my store on vacation? Here's a copy of the letter to you and a posting in the store in case someone tries to buy something:
Hi, I do have some issues which I just spent writing down for you but was dumped from your site as I hit the send button.
You are listing things in duplicate. I end up deleting them from Ebay and that does not look good. So now I am getting double fees from you and Ebay.
My storefront is listing things that have not been listed to the auction site. They are scheduled to run on the 14th late at night and the 15th late at night. No one will be here until the 13th or 14th to take care of these active items. The actual ads are incomplete. They have no pictures and just need some gussy-ing up.
Half.com lets me go on vacation. On eBay I just paced myself to end auctions (I don’t mean the duplicates) to give me time to get ready to leave. Your site is assuming I can take care of the storefront this week. I can’t. It will upset the buyers.
Can you put my store on hold so no one can enter it until the morning of the 14th? If not please close it down or delete it.
I know I am being long-winded, but this is not the first time you have listed things I am not ready to list, don’t have the stuff to sell, or my favorite, list everything in duplicate.
Hope you can help or at best, shut down the store. I am leaving tonight for vacation and will be back on the evening of the 13th.
Thanks for understanding,
Linda Triplett
Sam Triplett
and the notice in the store:

Hi Bruiser01,
You are probably checking the box at the bottom of the create listing form to include the item in the Storefront. By default, all auctions are placed in the storefront, checking this box will add an additional item to the storefront.
You can temporarily close your Storefront by going to My Account, Storefront, and unchecking the "Turn My Storefront On" box. I will do that for you.
