Hello, we would like our username to be the same as our store company name. Can anyone tell me how to change it, thank you.
There is no option to change your username at this time. You would need to open an account under the name you wanted to have and close your current one to make the change.

I filled out the suryvey and should have included this when it asks what other suggestions do you have:
1. ability to change your user name to your store name after you have been on AW a while.
2. ability to change postage on all storefront items when PO has an increase rather than going into the store and changing 1800 items one at a time.
3. items should be listed in inventory from the AW program when the items are created for the storefront.
