The storefronts really need work. I have a customer who collects Bon Ami ads. Can't find them in my shop because you can't search for words with less than 4 letters. Lets say you want a 1926 Ford Airplane ad...put that in my shop and you will get every ad I have for 1926, every ad for Ford and every ad for airplane. I have customers finally emailing me what they want and asking me to go into the store and see if I have it. PLEASE...make it easier. THANKS, Beth

Hi Beth,

Thank you for your feedback. I will be sure to pass this along to the product manager for evaluation. Note that we will be releasing some improvements shortly that will allow you to better categorize your items, which might help this situation a bit.

Thanks,

Diana

I have an AW store as well and I sell nothing but used and new dvd's and vhs tapes. I noticed that in the storefront my horror dvd's and tapes, my largest section by far has to be put into sci-fi/fantasy because there is no Horror catagory to put them in. Will this be changing soon? Thanks. Kevin

You also cannot search by numbers -- perhaps because of the 4 character requirement?

This is crucial to an apparel store. My bidders need to shop by size. Thank you.

P.S. I cannot believe I will now be paying $5 on top of the $13 I am already paying as a base cost for AW. Not happy at all about that and will be exploring other options. I've used Storefront as primarily a way to combine venues in one place; actual storefront sales are very unspectacular .
