I am reposting this as it appears my earlier post seems to have been lost in the shuffle and I still am hoping for a reply.....
Hi Vianett,
Are you saying that when you are going through the buy process on your store, you can buy more items than what is available? I am a little confused, please clarify this with me.
Regards,
Sonya
Hi Sonya. Yes. When listing batches if I list say 2 of an item, I am then able to guy through the buying process and purchase any number of that item, 3, 4, or however many. Simply put , it seems that the system is allowing for more of an item to be purchased than what is actually in inventory.

Hi. I have placed a few items into my store so you can better understand the problem. With any item, a buyer is able to change the quantity of the item they wish to purchase. Despite the listing claiming 1 or 2 of that item available , the system allows for the buyer to purchase a larger number than what is actually in inventory and then proceed to Checkout.
