Someone just bought a pair of Farmers Angelus bookends from our storefront, ... , then she emailed this, to me, "I went to your page and tried to purchase the cast iron bookends... when i clicked the link to paypal.. my screen could not find the server and then when i clicked back.. it said transaction complete.. what was that??? Could you help?"
Furthermore, I did get the Storefront confirmation from you that she bought this and paid thru paypal [Storefront Confirmation # 544882725], BUT there is no record of the transaction going thru to our Paypal account. ...

Hi Marcia,
The confirmation basically informs you that someone has bought an item from you, and it includes their intended method of payment. I would advise the person to try to pay again for the item since it didn't go through. It looks like her ISP had a connection problem with the PayPal server.
