Another couple things that I would like to mention that could use fixing.
1) The grammar in the checkout area. I believe it says " it only take a couple minutes minute..." where requesting the customer fill out the form. It should read either "It will only take a couple minutes" or "It only takes a couple minutes." Also It would be nice if that notification would neatly list all items purchased instead of lumping them all together in a long string of test. I realize these are small problems but overall they would improve the professional look of these forms/notifications.
2) The tax information. When customers fill out the WBN form they often either ignore the tax information or put the wrong amount in due to the hard to see decimal point. I think the tax info on our "About" page should be automatically inserted to the WBN form so customers can see this info at the time of Checkout.
ie.
I sell in Canada and G.S.T. is 7%. Therefore I state under the taxes section that Canadian customers must add 7.00%. I have had customers calculate their total using .07% in confusion but if the notice of 7.00% from my "About" page were pasted on the Checkout form , it should help eliminate this problem. A larger decimal point would also help.

Just wanted to add that the issue with the taxes seems to be that it doesn't seem to show up when the buyer uses the checkout for an auction item. When I receive the information and I go to view the buyer checkout, there is no sign of the taxes anywhere and the customer is not paying them. This does not seem to be a problem with store purchases however.
