I give several shipping choices to my customers, but if they order more than one of an item (in Dutch auctions also), they can only choose one shipping choice. They have full single item shipping on each item. On store orders I can't edit the shipping, to give lower shipping for the second additional item, and they can't choose the multiple win on one item and basic on the other. I just had a customer cancel her/his whole order due to this problem. Is there any way to fix this?
I may not be explaining this very well, but maybe you can understand.

I am sorry but I'm a little confused. Do you have any other examples in your account? You can apply a credit to an item if you like -- this could balance out the shipping problem that you had.

An example of my shipping choices:
UPS Ground $8.95
Buy It Now or Store Purchase $6.95
Basic for multiple wins only $2.70
If a customer orders two of this item, they can only make one shipping choice. If they order from the storefront, and choose "Buy It Now or Store Purchase $6.95", both items are charged $6.95 shipping, and they can't choose the multiple win discounted shipping for the second item.
I could probably work around the problem by doing a credit, but the customer has already seen the total before I have had a chance to fix it, and are frightened away.

I would recommend that you set a shipping discount, in Global Preferences. When you have multiple buyers, when combining the order the shipping discount will be applied. Right now, you are not using the shipping discount.
