Hi
On November 4th someone bought a couple of items from my store. They have never contacted me and their email address does not exist. I am having to relist these items into inventory.
Do we have any way to get a refund?

In the event that your buyer does not complete a transaction for a fixed-price Store item, you may request a refund Store line item fee. To request a refund, please use the below URL, and be sure to select Stores from the menu.

Is there a time limit? I have a person who bought 4 store items and never paid, but when I got to the link, it says:
<i>The Ref ID you have entered was not found in our system.</i>
But the purchase was made on 11/4 (I tried to give the buyer every opportunity to pay!) Do I have any recourse?

I had the same problem and just gave up... no time to mess with it.
I also could not find the Store link that Sonya mentioned. Did you find it?

Nope, didn't find it either...
If I didn't know any better, I'd think they didn't WANT to refund the fees for a non-pay!
