I use Auction Pro and I understand how to add items to my store but I can't figure out how to delete items out of my storefront or monitor things like hits etc.

You can remove items from your store by decreasing the quantity available in the Store Information tab in Inventory to zero. The items will drop out of your store. Unfortunately you cannot place a counter on store buy now items, the only counter you can put in there is the general one for your store.

If you register your store with PayPal, they will send you weekly reports of how many hits you receive.
