I can't the inventory management system to accept new inventory. It doesn't save to my inventory management system. The only way I can get anything into inventory is to create an auction or relist an old auction, then cancel the auction and then sometimes it will move to my storefront and sometimes it won't.
HELP!

I can get the new inventory page to appear. I fill in all of the data (Quantity, description, picture, shipping information, etc.) on that page and hit the ADD ITEM icon at the bottom of that page. It appears to be processing the information that I have entered, but the information doesn't appear anywhere. It doesn't go into the inventory folder anywhere, it is as if, I had entered nothing on to the page. When I refresh, as suggested, it still doesn't appear. I have sign off and signed back it and it still doesn't appear. I can't create new inventory, because the information doesn't save into my inventory folder. The only way I can get anything into inventory is to create or relist auctions.

Hello,
Can you tell us which browser/version you are using? Also, which operating system? This sounds like either a browser or memory resource problem. You said you signed off, did you reboot your computer as well?

I am using and IMAC with OS 9.2 on AOL browser. I think it's AOL 5.0 for MAC, I can't go up to the new AOL ten until I can get OSX working. Yes, I signed off and turned off the computer. I have increased the memory on my computer recently as well.

I got my OSX up and working and installed AOL for OSX and now the icons in inventory are working. This information may be something you want to put out to all MAC and AOL users. I am sure I am not the only person who is having this problem.
