Hi Potterdj,

Your store should be included in any major search engine. In the store wizard, there is a section where you can set some meta tags. Meta tags are used in searches so the more you put, the more chance you have of your store coming up in searches. You might want to contact the search engine to see how often they update searches.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi, I purchased the google ad words and google sent a message saying my ad was accept for google and froogle. I contacted froogle to see about doing a data feed. But today, I received a message from froogle saying my AW store doesn't meet their requirements. I accept paypal, and am pretty sure I meet all the requirements listed in their email. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong or need to do differently to get my store accepted to froogle. I'll contact them again, but thought perhaps someone might have an idea. Thanks!

Hi potterdj,

Google is a fairly large organization, so it's possible that the representative you talked with didn't fully understand the AuctionWatch data feed process. We do send information to Froogle on your behalf, so there should be no need to submit your site to Froogle directly yourself (though adwords participation does have to be direct with them). It may take a bit of time for their search engine to display your items, but if you have a store with us, your items should be submitted and appear shortly thereafter. Let us know if you do not find your items, and we can review again. Thanks.

Best,
Mike.

Great! That's what I needed to know. I'm glad Auction Watch does the data feed for us. That's what I wasn't sure about. It probably hasn't had time to show up yet. Thanks!

I just looked at Froogle and my store is listed. Thanks so much! That was quick!
