Hi, I have a couple items that were on Ebay but I had to cancel the auctions. My store still has them listed as "Ebay Auctions". How do I remove the auctions part and keep the item in the store.

Also these items are scheduled to be relisted on ebay so I do0n't want to remove something I need. I'm afraid I'll end up with more auctions listed than I actually have. As is the problem now.

Hope that makes sense.

Hello,

The way to get rid of them is to track the items individually back into your AW account and wait for them to drop from active to closed. This will trigger them to remove themselves from your AW store. I hope this helps!

I wish they did remove automatically but their still there. You can look at the store in the link. All but 18 auctions have been cancelled. They were canceled several hours ago but stay right there. They are also in my closed category and have been since around 5am today.

My Store

Out off all the fishing products I have listed as an Ebay auction below is the only one active.
MITCHELLE CASTING ROD & REEL COMBO Item # 2701084013

Closed items

Maybe I did something wrong in the inventory screen????

Thanks

Hello,

So you tracked them back in, and they went from active to closed? Keep in mind that it takes a couple of hours for the stores to update so it might not have recorded the update yet that those listings are no longer active.

Whoops, it's fixed. I did make a mistake. I deleted them or archived them right after closing them and some how they stayed in the store list.

I restored them about 15 minutes ago and they have been removed from the store auction list. Strange but true.

It is OK now.

By the way your fast at responding here, that is nice. Your comment made me take a look, "wait for them to drop from active to closed".

Thanks
