Okay... I'm a bit confused. I'm using SMPro to upload items strictly to my store. No auctions at this point.

In my batch I have selected My Store as the venue. I upload one item and then when I check my Inventory online, I see the item is there and the Available Quantity is zero and the Qty in Store is 1.

Okay... sometimes it goes the other way with Available Quantity of one and Qty in Store is zero.

Qty at Auction is zero on both - as it should be.

QUESTION: If I only have one of an item that I am posting, shouldn't there be a one quantity in store and a one quantity available?

Thanks,

Greg Williams

Hi Greg,

It would show quantity in store as 1 and quantity available as zero. This is because the one you have available is actually in your store, ready to be purchased. I hope this makes sense, let me know if you need more explanation.

Regards,

Sonya
