I have several collectors who are unable to go into my store and search for their items. Why? Because they collect: "bow tie" and "bon ami". Our store search engines cannot search for words with 3 letters. They see this:
***************************************
We were unable to find exact matches for your search:

bon ami
*************************************
Instead they have to email me and I have to find the links for them. Argh!
And while I am venting, the categories are now alphabetical (thank you for doing that) but they are all scrunched up. I don't think my buyers care how many items I have in a category. Does anyone elses? Since I use sub-categories, most of my categories are unreadable because there is not enough space for the full title. Get rid of the number of items in the category and lower the font.
AND...when are we going to have a keyword search in the stores?
Thanks...I am better now.

Hello,

I will pass your suggestions along to product development, regarding store search.

Keep in mind that although the search in the actual store is limited in terms of characters, the Store Search tab allows for a more extensive search so people will still be able to find you by searching those terms in there.

Regards,

Sonya

I agree... no need for quantity numbers out to the left.

But at least y'all are getting people TO your store.

I feel like the kid with the lemonade stand on the corner at the North Pole.

(Pardon me buddy... can you spare a dime?)

Sorry, been posting WWII ads. Hey... WWII is four letters - they can find that in the search! LOL

Holding out before posting WWI ads.
