Now that you are VENDIO, you might want to analyze the cost/benefits of teaming with a company such as 123Shop which would handle all of your credit card processing for you. You would make a LOT MORE MONEY by getting a few cents of every credit card dollar that goes through the store (including store sales that are completed by email, etc that never show up in Post Sale so you don't get your cut)than you do by putting your cheesio logo on my invoiceo. Think about it business brainios.
These people have no idea how much money they could make with a seller like me using there services. I dont know if you saw all those canceled orders that I listed but that is just a taste of the money that this company could be making.Instead they are losing money and do not plan to do anything about it. I dont know about you but where I come from thats bad business. Not only does it suck that the customers cancel there orders but it makes me and my business look bad. When those hundreds of customers visit our Yahoo! store they think twice about buying becouse of the unprofessional experiance they had with our Vendio store.
In other words..A BAD FIRST IMPRESSION.
Oh and Sonya,
Thanks for the advice about putting the link in the instructions part of the checkout page.It actually worked a couple of times

What am I missing here? I have a verisign acct with my merchant account and if they want to pay with visa/mastercard the box pops right up and they can enter their info and they are billed and boom it is done. What system are you all using that it doesn't work this way? I am confused by all of the questions here?
I will pass all of your suggestions along to product development.
Bigcitycollectables -- I am glad that we have gotten that problem fixed. Now that you have the link available for payment you shouldn't have the problems you experienced before, since you have provided them with the correct means to pay for their items.
Corksmom -- Verisign is integrated with our Sales Manager and Post Sale tools. With Verisign you have the ability to offer your customers a secure checkout form on Vendio to pay for their purchases, so the questions that have arisen in this thread do not apply to your current set up.

I don't do enough business to afford Versign's initial fee and monthly charges. There are other more economical ones. Like Shop123. Wish we could have a "special deal" with Verisign or more options. Would be glad to pay extra for that service!
