First, thank you very much for your speedy refund of the npb in my storefront. I have three buyers: "New Sole Storefront Buyers", "Combining Storefront with an Ebay Wim Buyers" and "Repeat Customers". I usually have no problem with my Ebay buyers who are combining or my repeats but the guys and gals who wander into my store from Froogle or Google (I use ad words) are running about 50% non-payers. Anyway to block these people in the future? Also, if anyone has any ideas on how to successfully close storefronts sales so I can achieve better than 50% I would sure appreciate it. Thanks!

Hello baylor45,
We do not offer a function to block buyers from your Store at this time. We will log your suggestion because improvements are being made in the coming months.

I second the suggestion for "The Right To Refuse Service" block for Storefront Non-Paying "bidders" (purchasers).
Looked pretty neat that I had an order for five items from one person and another order for two items from a different person. Going on three weeks and no payment - the larger order was going to be payed through PayPal also.
I'll be filing a refund - but that's 7 items to do on a one-line refund request form (7 repeats of the same exercise).
Two-fold suggestion: Devise a way to block non-paying (unwanted) customers. And add more fields on the refund request page. Sort of a "batch" refund request page per se. (I know that will be a low priority - no one wants to refund money).
Thanks!
Greg
