How does the "bookmark our shop" work? I've had several people say that they tried - I went to my store and clicked on both the text and the icon and nothing happened. (I use internet explorer and it did not go to my favorites list). Where would it go?

Hi Planejane,
When you click on that link a pop up called "Add Favorites" comes up, and you get to choose which location you want it to go. I just tested it on IE 6 and it works...if it's not working for you let me know your browser.

If you use a program like AdSubtract that does not allow pop-ups then you have to disable it. I have to disable mine to get the invoices to come up. That could be a problem for some folks.

Hi Sonya, I use IE 5.0. I don't know which browsers my customers who have tried it without success are using.
Thanks Baylor45 for your suggestion, but I have pop-ups show up all the time on other sites, so I don't think I have any suppression software installed to stop that from happening.
