When I try to launch a product into my store it keeps asking me for a catagory. I click on browse and it show's nothing? This is the first time that I have tried using my store.

I am just trying figure out what I am doing wrong?

Hello,

Are you using Sales Manager Pro, or Sales Manager? If it is Pro, you'll need to synchronize, then quit and restart, in order to get the categories you set up to appear in the program. If it is Sales Manager, you should see them show up already in the Existing Categories box.

If you continue to have trouble let us know which program you are using.
