Seems there's a problem after checkout confirmation for customer's that choose PayPal as their payment option. I've had a couple of customers "not see" the final page with the PayPal link at the top - appears to be taking an extreme amount of time for this page to load.

Here's what one customer told me:
"Hi Greg, thanks for the ad, when I purchased the items it took so long to go to the next page that I was not even sure that my order went through..Anyway, I got the email that my order did go through so I was happy..But I did not get a link since I got tired of waiting for the next page to pop up.."

Straight from our customers - this is what will drive customers away.
Please check into this ASAP.
Thanks,

Which item is this? I haven't seen any other similar problems, it might be related to the ISP of your customers loading up the page slow. Do they have the same ISP or are they different?

Hi Sonya,
The order number is: 575349741
I have no idea what ISP the customer has - nor does it matter really - the PROBLEM is if the load time for final confirmation page with the PayPal checkout is taking longer to load than my customer's entire shopping experience (customer viewed, searched and added three items to their cart in this order) then THAT is where the problem is - not a connectivity issue but more likely a performance issue on Vendio's end. (this has happened to two of my customers). Happens once to one person I can understand, or if it happens to the same person more than once - but two different people, then we have a trend starting.
Granted, the customer may have experienced a slow-down in the web at that point. I doubt it - this customer has their own website and operating their own online store as well - I think they understand there are roadbumps in the internet highway sometimes - it just never loaded in a reasonable amount of time.
Suggestion (to be tossed forward in the pit of product development): a simple "busy" page with a widget meter showing "please wait - we are processing your order" - For an example, see PayPal's screen that comes up shortly after login.
Point is: If it's an issue to ONE person - it's a potential issue to all - if it's an issue at all - it's a problem.
Thanks,
Greg
