How do I cancel a store order from a customer that doesn't want the items because she bought them from my ebay auctions too? I can just archive them but won't I still be charged a value fee? Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Urchling,
In the event that your buyer does not complete a transaction for a fixed-price Store item, you may request a refund Store line item fee. To request a refund, please use the below URL, and be sure to select Stores from the menu.
Please note that you must be logged in to access this form.
To add the item back to your Store inventory, go to the corresponding Inventory item in Sales Manager, and increment the inventory quantity manually. Scroll down, and increment the quantity available in the Store. Save, and the item will reappear in your Store inventory.

Hi Sonya, I too had the same question. I followed the link you provided, but I have to say it was a very lengthy process - If you had a buyer place an order for five items and then never pay - you have to go in and request a refund of the Vendio charges for each item separately. Perhaps this is another area for product developement to look into. A way to just cancel an entire order and have all the info reverted automatically (ie: inventory back into stock and automatic reversal of charges for said purchase).

Great suggestion but face it - VD doesn't want to make it simple for us to request refunds for charges they have collected. Requiring sellers to enter each line item refund in a separate instance actually promotes revenue for VD since there will be many that say the heck with it and won't request the monies that are due.
That's why it is imperative to prove this philosophy is NOT in the best interest of VD or the sellers - everyone continue to suggest a single-click refund request or at least a multiple field drop-down to copy and past ALL of your batch refund requests at one time.
The way it is now is an insult to our intelligence and impedes our productivity, therefore realizing lost profits for us <sellers> and Vendio in the long run.
