When I take an item from inventory to the Vendio Store, it does not place shipping charges with the item.

For a buyer to know how much shipping I charge, I have to go in and edit the store item, putting the price in the description.

Is it supposed to be this way?

Hello,

Yes, the shipping charges do not appear until you add the items to your shopping cart. If you want to make them available prior to adding them to the cart, you would need to add them to the description area as you mentioned doing.
