For the second time, the same buyer has come into the store, ordered the same thing and left either confused or something. He has not put how he wants to pay and his email is bogus. Can't we get a blocker of some kind. This is a pain. And, why can VD capture the correct email address when they enter? The item number if you want to check is 612241096.

Thanks,
Beth

Hi Beth,

I will check on the email issue for you. Regarding the purchase, if it is confusion on the buyer's part hopefully he will email you to ask about it. You may request a refund Store line item fee. To request a refund, please use the below URL, and be sure to select Stores from the menu.

https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Please note that you must be logged in to access this form.

To add the item back to your Store inventory, go to the corresponding Inventory item in Sales Manager, and increment the inventory quantity manually. Scroll down, and increment the quantity available in the Store. Save, and the item will reappear in your Store inventory.

Regards,

Sonya

Thanks I know how to get a refund (you just approved about 6 from the last deadbeat) and I know how to add things back to inventory.

What I don't know how to do is block a deadbeat or capture a valid email. Evidently neither does VD.

Hello,

I have mentioned that I would check on the email issue for you. Unfortunately we do not have a block feature at this time but I will pass your comments to Product Development.

Sonya

Love the blue background too! (of course! my shop is blue...very blue).

Chalk me up on the list for deadbeat blocking, email address capture and validation, and everything else that will "help" us in our sales.

Oh... blue does convey tranquility... successfully so. I'm just waiting so I can type here in red.
