I'm still learning with my Vendio Store and have put some merchandise in it. I wanted to run a test through it from the customers point of view before I opened my store for viewing. So I purchased 2 items to make sure that my shipping did correctly and also to help me see what the customer would see upon checkout. Well here's my question......

How do I remove the 2 items that are in my "sold" section since it was just a test and not a real sale.
It would also help me understand what I may have to do in case I run accross a "confused" buyer or non payer.

I tried to "split and relist" ....but it wouldn't let me relist but it did split the order in my "sold" section. I also do understand how to go back in and fix the listing stuff. (Played around in there long enough that I know I've got the hang of it now) It's just the "after the purchase has been confirmed" step I'm working on now.

Thanks again for any help!!!

Hi Melanie,

In order to delete the Vendio store items from your closed section, simply select them, and click Archive. This also works for other closed items, but this is the only way to 'delete' Vendio store items.
The 'split and relist' link is intended for use for non-paying bidders when you want to relist the items (auctions, not Vendio store items).
Hint: you probably noticed that after your test-buy, the items' quantity are decremented. You may add them back by simply editing the inventory item used to launch the store item, and modifying the quantity in store.
