It's a real pain in the neck to have to go back into the statement and find the number to begin the request for credit process.

Can you consider putting a button in the post sale screen so that it can be initiated with one click with the item number already populated in the field???

Failing that, can you use the item number rather than the number from the statement? That would eliminate having to go look through the statement for the number.

For a small item, it's a small fee ... and frankly, it's not worth it for a refund under a dime ... but multiply that by several incompleted store purchases, and that adds up.

It is, after all, my dime.

I'm wondering if it's a difficult and cumbersome process for a reason?
