Whats going on here. Is there a way I can test my checkout and payment process without incurring any vendio fees.
Are there any other people who are facing this problem.
You can purchase an item from your store and then go through checkout. I would suggest requesting a refund for the final value fee if you do this -- just state that you were testing the checkout process as the reason for refund.
Your customer did not mention what error he received from PayPal? You have your email address for PayPal stored correctly so we would need to know exactly what the error was.
