I have several people who have had a problem getting past shipping in the cart. Here is one:
"Hi, I am having trouble getting to finish my order as
it stops with shipping method and will not go further.
The ads I would like to purchase are: 575495991,
529497950, 555281606, 614665466, 612912748,
2567573633, 625593931, 57947967."
Any ideas why this would happen?

My customers are also having a great deal of trouble. Jere is an email I got from a customer last night
"I'd like to order a set each of purple, rust, and red sari curtains . I have tried using your shopping cart but it will only
put one set in my cart. So I am contacting you directly with my order.
If you could send me a Paypal invoice ....."
This is not the first time i have had complaints. Several times in the past people have had complaints about shipping step, payment step, etc etc.
If this happens once, twice or even thrice you might think that the customer is doing something wronmg but again and again its hard to believe.
I would suggest everybody whose customers have had problems please update this post with your experience and let vendio know it.
baylor45 - The next one of these that you receive, could you ask what happened when they tried to continue? I went through the process directly in your storefront, and everything appeared to be setup to flow properly with shipping options provided/etc.
Mostly, we wondering if they were able to click on the 'Checkout' button after selecting the shipping options, or if it was using the drop down menue to select the shipping options in the first place that was seeming causing problems.
indianreflections - in this particular issue, was it an issue with changing the quantity and clicking on the 'Update Quantities' button, or perhaps just a misunderstanding on how to adjust the quantity. You can only change it once you click to add it to your cart, in case they were looking to change the quantity prior to adding it to the actual cart. Please pass along any and all examples you can when this does happen, as it will help us track down any possible conflicts. Knowing the users/buyers ISP or OS would be helpful.
