All of my listings say I accept Paypal,which I do. However, some of my auctions closing last night have been paid through Paypal, but others have EM me to say that Paypal is not an available option for them at checkout--but that they do want to pay through Paypal. I checked back through ebay and Vendio, but can't find why this would have happened.How can I prevent this from happening in the future? Is there any way for me to check to see which buyers did not have the option at checkout? I would like to EM them before they have to EM me.

Hello Debbie,
If you could let us know of a few items where they said PayPal was not a payment option, we would be happy to check into why they were unable to select it.
This should help locate others as well, if they exist.
