Hello,
Our Stores are within eBay regulations because of the "2-click" rule. No link on eBay can link with 1-click directly to competing items. We have worked with eBay to solve this issue by making the banner on eBay link to your Store Home Page which contains ONLY eBay items.
Buyers will have to click on a category, complete a search or click on the SHOP tab, to find your items listed on another venue or for sale at a fixed price (when that is launched).
The sample items are 100% eBay items, only when buyers follow the link on your eBay auctions. If you go directly to the Store by typing in the URL, then the sample items can be from any venue (eBay, Amazon, Yahoo, or fixed-price.)

I actually got one of my auctions cancelled by eBay because in my description I listed Vendio Store as a link. In fact, links shortcut was an exact copy of the link from Vendio Store icon listed in all of the rest of my auctions. So I changed the visible text to AUCTIONS GALLERY and then it was ok. So besides 2-click rules those "click-n'cancel" eBay watchdogs do cancel auctions just by looking at the link that points outside of the eBay system. If only Vendio Icon left in the auction, then everything is ok. I do not like it, but had to do it. I rather have Vendio Store logo/link sitting at the top of the description as many buyers do not go past the first visible page on their 800x600 screns.
