It lists a sales tax but no shipping cost. I do not charge sales tax and I had a $5.25 shipping cost on this item.

Please fix this problem ASAP as it is causing customer problems.

Hello,

That is actually correct according to your settings. Check the item in your inventory with this title as there are still 2 left in the storefront currently. You have shipping quotes to choose from for 4 different carriers.
USPS Priority = $5.25
USPS First Class = $0.00
UPS = $0.00
UPS Parcel Post = $0.00

You need to edit this item and either remove the three free shipping options you have listed here, or change them to valid amounts to be selected from.


We will check on the sales tax issue and get back to you.
