A buyer from my Vendio store purchased an item and selected Ground shipping - this was the only choice offered. He now writes extremely angry because we didn't ship Next Day Air. He didn't ask for it.
I know Vendio store listed are sometimes posted on DealTime. How can I prevent unwarranted negative feedback posting when the customer is obviously quite confused and mistaken about his choices for shipping? Does Vendio have a process for removing this should it occur?
We are a member of the BBB and SquareTrade. Any suggestions welcome.

We are sorry to hear that this has happened to you. You may want to contact Deal Time about feedback you received that was in error. Unfortunately we would not be able to remove the feedback. If you were to provide Deal Time with the details of the transaction, it may help to get the feedback removed.
