Hello Sonya,
Just opened my Vendio Store this weekend.
Very pleased with appearance and how quickly it was up and running.
I do have one question though, why don't the photos have the "Click to Enlarge" tag line under them as they do on Ebay Auctions? Is there anyway to add it?

I have another question if I might...
If I were to set up a separate account for my Vendio Store to keep it separate from Ebay would I still be eligible for the $4.95 credit since I have the Sales Manager?

OK, so I have yet another question.
If I open a second account tied to Ebay with the Vendio Store, would I still be able to list as iceicepenguin to Ebay through this second account?
What I'd like to do is build my Vendio store which has one theme - paper collectibles.
I also sell other things on Ebay and would like to keep those separate from the paper items. I don't want to confuse my customers with the mix in my Vendio Store and I don't want my Ebay customers freaking out when they go through checkout and see the paper collectibles tag line.
This way, I could use my Vendio Store logo in the small box on the auction listings to help build recognition.
I'm trying to get all the store newbie questions out of the way at one time! LOL

Hi Gerri,
The way the images are shown in store listings is different from auction listings. If your store images are large, they are attached to your listing as resizable images but will have a link under them called 'zoom'. When clicked, a pop up appears with the fullsize image.
Regarding your second question, the store credit comes with your sign up for your current account payment plan. I'd need to check on whether we can make an exception, however I am not sure if this can be done. You can only have your eBay ID tied to one Vendio account.

Thank you for your response. Just out of curiousity, is not being able to tie your Ebay ID to more than one account a Vendio policy or is it an Ebay policy?
I have seen posts here where other Vendio users discuss the use of multiple services for different aspects of their Ebay auctions.
