i have had several orders and some REAL PROBLEMS when it comes to shipping....The assortment of items i sell makes it impossible to PREDETERMINE shipping....so there is a 0.00 default in the shipping. As a result...people think that when an item sells for 1.00 - shipping is free....your wbn shows the price of the item and then shipping 0.00..........this is a bummer...because there is no place to change it (at least i can't find it) then they cancel irritated that they have to pay 5.00 to ship a pair of 1.00 shoes....and then im still stuck paying FVF....I NEED HELP GETTING THIS STRAIGHT.....

STORE ITEMS....i want the shipping$0.00 removed from m wbn to buyer.....i did find a place to change the default msg....maybe it will work.......we shall see...

i have removed 500+ items from my store because i cannot reconcile the shipping question. and only left those items that can be shipped one way for one price.
