We should be able to block certain customers from our Vendio Stores. If some idiot keeps ordering from Africa, and won't stop ordering why would I have to pay Vendio a fee if there is no way to block the orders?

You can request a refund of the final value fee. To request a refund, please use the below URL, and be sure to select Stores from the menu.

I will put in a suggestion on your behalf to have a block feature for situations like this.
